Alex Martelli

Alex Martelli, since 2005, lives and works for Google in Silicon Valley, California, as Uber Tech Lead and as Senior Staff Engineer. Alex is the author of "Python in a Nutshell", co-editor of "Python Cookbook", member of the Python Software Foundation, and winner of the Activators Choice Award 2002 and of the Frank Willison Memorial Award 2006 for outstanding contributions to the Python community.
