Qt is a mature framework for creating GUI applications with an ever-expanding set of features and supported platforms.
Qt can be used from a number of programming languages. Python developers are well supported by PyQt, a set of bindings that cover all the most interesting features in Qt.
In this talk, we will look at the fundamental features of PyQt that make it suitable for use on both desktop and embedded devices.
We will show how to get started with PyQt, showing running examples on embedded devices as well as on classic desktop hardware.
