Ticket prices change using the common early/late/on desk scheme:

You must buy a ticket online through AssoPy either by bank wire payment or credit card using PayPal.

NOTE: It is not possible to have a discounted ticket price if you only plan to attend a single day of the conference

The price of the ticket includes:

A chance to vote the talks to choose your own schedule

By registering before March 18th, you'll have the chance to vote the submitted abstracts and give your contribution to the final schedule of the conference. Register now to be able to vote!

2 buffet lunches and 4 coffee breaks

During Saturday and Sunday conference days.

Wi-Fi Internet connectivity

Available during Saturday and Sunday, you'll be able to use it with your laptop, mobile phone or other mobile devices. There will also be 3 free (as in beer) computers for the conference crowd.

Recruiting Session

It's a special session in which those who are looking for a new job can get in touch with the sponsors of the conference that are looking for new developers.

The session will take place in the following way: in the first phase each company will present their business and work opportunities; during the second phase it will be possible to speak with all the representatives from each company to share your CVs and ask for further information.

It's highly recommended to those who intend to participate in this event to bring your updated CV with you, printed in multiple copies (and preferably also in english).

T-shirts and gadgets

Every partecipant will receive the official T-shirt of the conference (we have multiple sizes) and some more gadgets offered by our sponsors

Prizes

Some sponsors have decided to give away some of their products, so we decided to have a lottery to give them to you

Notes:

[1]  A Student is whoever is currently enrolled in any school or university. It's not possible to detract the price of this ticket from taxes, the invoice will clearly report this.

[2]  A Hobbyists is whoever buys the ticket for his own curiosity without having a company that pays for it. It's not possible to detract the price of this ticket from taxes, the invoice will clearly report this

[3]  The administration cannot accept payments for the conference after May 4th. After this date it will be possible to register online (to fix the seat), but you'll need to pay at the entrance, in cash, with the on desk price.
